- Cancellation Policy:
- Once an order has been confirmed by the customer, any cancellation requests are subject to a 20% handling fee deduction from the total order amount.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Returns and Refunds:
- Products purchased from Furnagent are eligible for return and refund under the following conditions:
- The product is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
- Return Process:
- Customers must contact Furnagent to initiate a return request.
- Upon receiving a return request, Furnagent will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, unless the product is deemed defective or incorrectly shipped by Furnagent.
- Refund Process:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected by Furnagent, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return meets our refund criteria, a refund will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any applicable handling fees or collection fees (if applicable).
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received.
- Products Under Guarantee:
- Products that are under guarantee and require repair or replacement must be returned to Furnagent or collected by arrangement.
- Any collection fees incurred for guarantee-related returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer will not be liable for any costs involving the repair or replacement of the product.
- Exceptions:
– Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
