  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • Once an order has been confirmed by the customer, any cancellation requests are subject to a 20% handling fee deduction from the total order amount.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  1. Returns and Refunds:
  • Products purchased from Furnagent are eligible for return and refund under the following conditions:
  • The product is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
  1. Return Process:
  • Customers must contact Furnagent to initiate a return request.
  • Upon receiving a return request, Furnagent will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, unless the product is deemed defective or incorrectly shipped by Furnagent.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by Furnagent, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If the return meets our refund criteria, a refund will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any applicable handling fees or collection fees (if applicable).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received.
  1. Products Under Guarantee:
  • Products that are under guarantee and require repair or replacement must be returned to Furnagent or collected by arrangement.
  • Any collection fees incurred for guarantee-related returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer will not be liable for any costs involving the repair or replacement of the product.
  1. Exceptions:

   – Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
